This mower was purchased new in 2020 and has always been stored in a garage. It has been serviced biannually, and I have all service records, manuals, and keys available. With only 270 hours of use, it features a 27 hp engine and is in like-new condition. Additionally, it comes with a mulching kit and extra blades, which are a $400 option, and I have the receipts for those. This mower is excellent for mulching leaves during the fall season. A similar new mower with these features and taxes would cost around $12,200. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
