Never used mulching kit for poulan pro 48 “deck. It includes everything necessary to grind the leaves. It should also fit 48” decks for craftsmen. A fresh set of 3 blades and a resharpened set used are included. Once set up correctly, the mulch plug operates great. The blades appear to be about 1/2 inch shorter than those they replaced, leaving a tiny stripe of uncut grass between the blades. It’s pretty awkward so I came back to the ancient blades (non-mulching) because they had a more standardized cut. Overall, the cost is not bad.
Better value than any store, the same product why it works great too, also recommend to anyone who just doesn’t care about leaves small sticks and doesn’t like mower deck grass discharge in their yard.
