As though it were new. There is only one owner, and the garage is retained. There are only 270 hours in all. The deck is 61 inches long. There isn’t a scratch on it. Only for personal use. It’s spotless. Engine is a 27 HP Briggs & Stratton Commercial Grade engine. Pumps for commercial use. The PTO is powered by electricity. It was recently serviced. Tires, belts, and battery are all in excellent condition. It starts and operates flawlessly. Nothing is required.
