For sale is a John Deere 318, equipped with a 50-inch mower deck. It has been kept in a garage and well-maintained. The frame has only clocked 1191 hours. The Onan engine runs strongly and was recently rebuilt due to slight oil burning issues. The engine rings were replaced, cylinders honed, valve guides and seals replaced, valves lapped, and valve lash set. Additionally, the heads were decarbonized, and the starter was rebuilt. The tractor’s steering is smooth and tight, and its tires, which are two years old, do not leak. The 50-inch deck has been completely rebuilt, featuring new sealed bearings and enamel paint. The tractor is currently lubricated, fueled up, and ready for use. The availability of tire chains, wheel weights, and delivery can be negotiated.
